I would work hard and be active. I will stick with spunky through thick and thin no matter what. If the server gets 0 players or if the server get 500 I will stay by spunks side. I want to be staff on this server because I admire the servers work and how far they have come. I see them as an underrated server who deserves a lot more attention because the lead staff put a lot of work and dedication into the server. I know that a lot of the other applicants are going to say they have experience. I have never been staff before but I know the basics of it.     Through the years, I have had many experiences that make me the ideal candidate for the Customer Service Manager position. The one experience that stands out in my mind is the time I had to help with an extremely dissatisfied customer. I was working in a retail setting as a cashier in the customer service department.
