Arguments Against Abortion Is Murder
I am writing to you in hopes that I might persuade you to help change the negative viewpoint on abortions. I strongly believe that a woman should be able to do whatever she wants with her body. The government should not get to choose what we as women can do with our bodies; people should not be judged because of a decision they are making in their life.

I realize that many things can stop a woman from having an abortion, and I respect everyone’s opinions or ways of life. I still believe that women should be able to get an abortion and not be judged for getting the abortion. What if the woman is not ready to be a mother? What if the child was created from rape? As women do we not have the right to choose what happens to us and our bodies? Some women are already suffering from having to raise a child at a young age.

I do agree that abortion is murder. Murdering an innocent human being that had no voice on rather or not they would be alive is wrong in the eyes of many. Everyone has a different definition on what murder is. Murdering someone is if you have the intent to end that person’s life; but having an abortion is stopping that life from happening. If women were able to get abortions without the judgement, then women could make decisions that they have had time to truly think about rather than making a decisions based on what others think. If people could stop thinking about abortions in a negative way, then women could start openly having abortions without having to hide them from family and friends. Women should be able to choose what happens and live in a world that will accept them and their

Abortion is wrong it's practically killing a innocent human even though some don't consider the child as a living thing until birth but it is because it's growing like we do. If over 56 million children are being aborted we can do something to try change their thoughts. Theres many harmful things that can harm a woman after she got the abortion. Women have to consider the effects and if it's the right choice to make but most of the time women don't consider anything. If you also think Abortion should be illegal try to change a woman's decision and make more and more babies survive.…

According to statistics provided by Guttmacher institute, “there were approximately 1.05 million abortions in the United States in 2012 alone” (Abortion Counters 4). To many, that might be just a number and it does not necessarily mean anything, but lets just take some time to think about how tremendously that number actually is. The image of 1.05 million lifeless, innocent premature babies is horrific, and many do not realize how sick and wrong it is. That number is more than just a statistic but it is the amount of lives that were ended way to early. As someone who stands for pro-life, aborting a baby is not something that should be an option so easily for women. Women nor anybody else should have the authority to end a child’s life prematurely.…

Abortion is a life and death decision that was not intended for women to make. It is not natural, humans purposely perform abortions. Abortion is an immoral act and it should be banned. It is immoral because it is murder, it opens an opportunity for selective abortion, and it neglects unborn children’s rights. Society is fooling themselves when they think abortion is okay. There are one million two hundred abortions a year, who will keep allowing these immoral acts to take place? Humans should take a stand for these unborn babies’ lives, and not let society make it seem as if their lives are useless until they are…

Then there are those who believe women should have the right to abort or carry a child to term are Pro-Choice. They believe the mother has the right to choose if the fetus is a living being according to the circumstances in her life. I feel that if a female is sexually active, at this point in her life she should know the potential end result of not protecting herself. Too many women become pregnant and choose to have abortions based on how the child may impact their lives. The fear of facing financial problems, having to deal with relationship issues or just not wanting to be a single mother has been a few of the reasons given for making this choice. I feel these reasons are wrong, as I stated earlier, from my perspective abortion is like murder. We are killing innocent children who do not get a chance to experience life, based on someone else’s choice. Women who engage in unprotected sex knowing they may become pregnant and decide abortion is the answer are not accepting the responsibility of their actions. By having an abortion, we are denying the mother the opportunity to raise the baby and usually this ends up hurting her emotionally at some point in her life.…

I feel as though women should have the right to decide whether or not they would like to have an abortion. Having to go through numerous trials to see if you are mentally capable of having an abortion is really unconscionable interference. There are many factors that contribute to why a mother-to-be would have an abortion. She could have been raped or not be financially ready to have a child. I 100% agree with women wanting to have one. There should be no ones opinion into her decision, if she wants to have one it should be solely her decision.…

First and foremost, abortion allows a woman the right to her own body. Some say that abortion should not be used as a form of contraception, but birth control fails daily. According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, about 6% of all birth controls fail each year. Women on birth control tend to disregard the chance of getting pregnant since the percentage is so low, therefore, the only protection they choose to utilize is the birth control. Women should remain to have the option to abort an undesired fetus. Along with contraception issues, there are other factors to reason with to keep abortion legal.…

Wendy Kaminer is a writer and a lawyer. She mainly writes her books based on social issues and feminism issues. Kamier’s article “Abortion and Autonomy” points out the ways the laws have both protected abortion and pushed against them. The article shows both opinions about pro-choice and pro-life. Kaminer truly believes the feminist movement has been “fractured”. She also makes points in her article about how the law has had an influence on abortions.…

Imagine if a women is forced to be a mother, even if she does not want to, even if she is not prepared, would it be fair? Would it be fair that a fifteen year old girl who was raped, was the mother of another girl? It would be a very irresponsible act on the part of the society to leave that girl, who is not even an adult, and let her take responsibility for the life of someone else. In the end, not all the women are the same, which is why everyone has a different opinion and a different perspective on life. Laws disallowing abortion keeps women from settling on the decisions that empower them to carry on with their preferred way of life, and reducing their capacity to contribute to society adequately.…

Abortion is an eight-letter word that is determined by one’s self and not the public. No child asked to be in this world and they shouldn’t have to pay the ultimate punishment for their parent’s mistake. It’s no excuse as to why abortion should be okay, its plenty women in this world that want children but can’t bare them.
