Americans owned dogs, while 46 percent owned cats in 2014. The controversy between cats and dogs has been going on since the beginning of time. Early Egyptians used cats to symbolize different gods, such as Ra the Sun God, while Hindu worshiping people consider dogs holy. Dogs versus cats has been the big battle for centuries.

Your children could choose to cuddle up with a goldendoodle or you could hike the mountains of Colorado with a Portuguese Water Dog. Many famous actors such as Anne Hathaway, Sharon Osbourne, and Channing Tatum all have fun with their four legged best friends. These three actors all share a bond between themselves and their dogs, that is inseparable. They have been seen petting, loving on, and walking, which you can’t do with a cat, in public. Many towns have accommodations for your dogs which include; parks, trails, and gardens. Dogs have been shown to cause stress levels to go down, happiness levels to skyrocket, and pure joy to prevail. trained to provide affection, and comfort people with disabilities. There is no such thing as a certified therapy cat.
