INTRODUCCION

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo dar a conocer la evolución y desarrollo de una empresa global que emplee la estrategia de precios de descreme y a su vez tenga procesos de producción amigables con el medio ambiente. Es por esta razón que se eligió a la multinacional Apple Inc., una empresa que tiene como principal función diseñar y producir equipos electrónicos y software.
De esta manera, en este trabajo se buscará realizar un profundo análisis de la gestión de Apple, lo que incluye los valores y estrategias que lo llevaron al éxito. Aun si bien Apple no es la líder en el mercado, ha logrado un gran posicionamiento en la mente del consumidor. Ya que esta atiende un nicho del mercado que busca constantemente la innovación y está dispuesto a pagar un precio superior por el producto que esta empresa ofrece. Todo esto lo logra con una constante inversión en su departamento de investigación y desarrollo, y de esta manera mantenerse a la vanguardia del mercado y anticiparse a sus cambios y a las necesidades del
