Anti Abortion Research Paper
Abortion has long been a controversial issue over the past decadeds in the United States. In 1973, the Supreme Court case Roe v. Wade had lead to regulation and reduction of abortion level in screening under what circumstances abortion is allowed in the US. However, in 2007, the Supreme Court has banned abortion by criminalizing abortion in the second trimester of pregnancy.

There are so many on-going debates on whether abortion violates the constitution since as written in the 14th amendment, no person shall be deprived in their rights to life, liberty and property. However, if unborn babies should be count as a person?

In generally, the publics who are pro or anti-abortion could be catergorized as either “Pro-life” or “Pro-choice”, in which “Pro-life” supporters believe unborn babies are just the same as human and their right to life shall be protected, and abortion is depriving them from living. However, “Pro-choice” supporters believe that women shall have rights over their body, health and reproductive decisions and they shall be granted with the privacy to do so.
