Ansoff Matrix

Ansoff’s Matrix: A method by which businesses can classify their strategies for expansion. It includes; Market Penetration, Product Development, Market Development and Diversification.

• New distribution channels
• Different pricing policies to attract different customers or create new market segments
Product development
