Analysis Of Brian Tracy's 'Top Man'
A 71 year-old man named Brian Tracy, a coach for tips on creating success. He has tried to define the leadership in 7 points through his video “7 essential qualities of all great leaders”. This definition has touched on some very important points about leadership. It is a video taking the top seven qualities of leadership and stating it in one video in hopes of getting his definition of leader ship out. The story “Top man” written by James Ramsey Ullman has a character named Martin Nace. Trying to a reach the summit of a mountain named K3 Nace makes decisions described to be good by Brian Tracy. In the story Martin Nace is a man who has a lot of experience because of the years he had tried to climb the monstrous K3. Through his knowledge, Nace is able to make life saving decision very quickly.
