An Example Of Kasey Rivera As A Transactional Leader
Kasey Rivera would like to see herself as a transformational leader; however, I see her as a transactional leader with a hint of transformational. A transactional leader focuses on effectiveness and efficient and getting things done, but she wants to see people motivated and inspires people to be as enthusiastic about work as she is. She can be an autocratic leader, a “my way or the highway” type of leader, but she is open to people’s opinions as she knows she not always right. This would be the democratic side in her. She includes people in the process as it gets thing done even faster than her own way. The leader that she comes with strengths, weaknesses, affliction and grit.
