America’s school system is a disgrace to our society today. Everything around us evolving besides our school systems. Though many feel that the American education system is a model of success, compared to the educational system of Finland, the American system is in dire need of reform. The system should realize what is right and wrong to make our education learning process better. Like starting school later in the day so our brains are awake and rested, and starting school later in life so our brains are developed more.     Educational programs demand effort and dedication to be successful. Barber expresses his concern for the lack of literacy in America.
