This contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), executed and effective this

IT IS HEREBY UNDERSTOOD
a. The Company is an organisation, which specializes in the management, distribution and representation of musical artists.
b. The Company is familiar with the musical abilities of the Artist and has the expertise, ability, industry contacts and resources to assist the Artist in the furtherance of his/her

c. The Artist performs under the name "Artist DJ Name".
d. The Company and the Artist wish to enter into this Agreement to provide for the distribution of a musical Recording.
IT IS, THEREFORE, AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
A. TERM. The effectiveness of this Agreement shall commence with its execution by all of the parties, and shall continue thereafter for a period of 50 years.
B. PRODUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OF RECORDING. The Recording shall be produced and managed in the following manner:
1. PRODUCTION. The Artist shall submit an original Recording that has been written and produced by the Artist. The submitted Recording shall then be digitally mastered by the Company to achieve a quality that is equal to master recordings normally produced for commercial distribution.
2. COSTS. The Artist shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the production of the
Recording.
The Company shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the digital
mastering of the Recording.
3. ARTISTIC CONTROL.
The Artist shall be solely responsible for all
