Aging And Gender In Our Society

Aging and gender impacts in our society in different ways and there are many issues where aging and gender makes a big different. Aging and gender can put the different aspects in the society.
When we say gender, we usually mean male or female and gender is one of the big issue in our society.
For example, in our society when we think about nursing we usually think that all the nurses are female. It is very hard for our society to believe that there are no male nurse. In fact, it is true that there are many female nurses than male nurses and there are many men construction worker then female construction worker.
