INTRODUC TION :
This topic is for those this topic may concern because In today’s global environment, technology is very important to all of us. Living, working are all in need of technology. We use technology to communicate, improve general knowledge and much more. As many things have been developed, from year to year, century to century, the world has became unique. But the most popular gadget is cellphone or mobile phone, which make us easy to communicate with each other globally. In spite of its advantages, there’re also some disadvantages of mobile phone too.
First of all, a cellphone is easy to use, communicate and handy. You can call anywhere, local or international. For example, if you have relatives or friends that live abroad, you can easily call them just in a minute. However, it can entertain you as well. You can check internet, listen to music, texting, play games and so on. For example, you just get back from work or school, you can play some music to reduce your tiredness and stress. Other point of view is, easy to send or check email but your personal data, making a note, reminder, and you can use it as alarm clock.
For other teachers cellphones should be banned in the classroom for a number of reasons. While technology is progressing faster than fathomable and mobile devices are rampantly taking over society, the classroom must remain cell phone-free for the sake of education. Cellphones provide a negative effect on education when used improperly. There are pros and cons to cellphone usage in every students, but they would have to be monitored thoroughly.
Teaching is a tough enough job to undertake without tossing in the added distraction of students heeding more attention to their cellphone than to the lesson being taught. Sustaining the interest of students is difficult, keeping them engaged for an entire lesson is tougher, and competing with a cell phone whose vibration signals something related to just them is near impossible. It could be argued that cellphones, with their internet capabilities, are a easy to use tool in the learning process. But the misuse of the cellphones in the classroom can lead the students to be more not active with their studies.
The use of cell phones in the classroom is an idea that is perhaps a few years in the making, but for now, the status must remain. Cellphones are far too often used for purposes other than learning. The distractions provided by the internet and its host of social media sites beckoning for status updates are overwhelming for students.But the concentration of students in learning will depend also with them if they will focus more on cellphone or in studies.
Cellphones can be seen also as a detriment to the classroom because they are used vastly too much for text messages, the aforementioned social media, taking pictures, and checking emails. A student cannot possibly pay attention to the lesson being taught if they are constantly pulling out their phone to send or receive messages. This distraction is also extremely disrespectful to the teacher.
In contrast, cellphone is dangerous for us. It can infect our health. For instance, when your talking too much on the phone, it can damage the hearing sense of a person and infect to our brain. The other disadvantage is that it is wasted of time and money. It seems that it is easy and fast to communicate, however, it’s wasted of money and time. Other example, if you need to check internet, it will charges a lot fee and you’ll get addicted to phone that make you have no feeling to study or do anything especially Facebook, the popular social network site among teen.
