On May 15th, Monica reminded Carl of the training schedule, orientation, manuals, policy booklets, drug tests, and all of the other issues he was to have coordinated by the June 15th deadline. During his contact with Ms. Carrolls, he assured her that the specified issues would be in order on time. Unfortunately Mr. Robins did not follow through in concluding the hiring process correctly. While Mr. Robins was able to successfully recruit several new hires, he lacked in following hiring procedures correctly. In retrospect, consideration should have been made on Mr. Robins’ behalf to look into what may have caused his lapse in judgment. The policies applies to reviews (1) that are orderly, recorded, and target audits directed by, or for, executives to audit their operations and practices to find out agreeability with the Act, and (2) that are not ordered by the Act, runs or requests issued as per the Act, or settlement assertions. A precise review is arranged, and it is intended to be fitting to the extent of the perils that it delivers and to give a premise to restorative activity. Specially appointed perceptions and other impromptu interchanges concerning an unsafe condition made amid the standard course of business are excluded inside the meaning of an "audit toward oneself" or "willful survey toward oneself report." The discoveries coming about because of the methodical survey toward oneself must be recorded contemporaneously (at the time the condition is found or promptly after fruition of the review) in order to guarantee that they get speedy consideration.…
