The article of Implementing a Record Management strategy for the UK Parliament: the experience of using Keyword AAA was wrote by two writer which is Paul Gibbons and Caroline Shenton from Parliament Archives, House of Lords Record Office. The article was told us about the using Keywords AAA in UK parliament. Besides that the article also told reader how Keyword AAA was working and adapt in the Parliament.

The writer start their writing with background of record management in UK Parliament. According to the writer, Parliament reveals two separate and highly complicated organizations managing everything which enables members of the Lords and Commons to meet at any time and in any circumstances. There have their own department for overseeing the timetabling and minuting of work. From that background, I know physically about that Parliament. From the background the writer also told about the record-keeping in Parliament was not standardized in the public or private sector and have to improve.

Besides that , the article was talking about the solution for the some difficulties facing in the in the Parliament. One of the difficulties the limited resources available to the archives. Even with share the same building, there was separate finance, personnel, catering and security arrangement. Then, its also told us about how Keywords AAA works....
