How do I view the details of a Activity Route? How can I edit a Activity Route?
From “Your Schedule” click the Activity Route. To see more details tap … in the upper right corner, then edit. From here you can view and edit all Activity Route details.
How do you set up a recurring activity?
How do I add more events to a recurring Activity(Activity Route)?
Can I have different drivers and riders for different days of a recurring activity?
How can I edit or delete an Activity?
Activities can not be edited or deleted.
My friends and their kids aren’t showing up under drivers/riders?

This information will be used to help match families looking for carpools within schools and other large organizations. This information was meant to be optional and we will fixing this in a future update.
Errors
When I try to save my kid it says “Unable to add kid to your profile”
First name, age, and grade level are mandatory fields. The kid’s age must be 5 of higher.
Help! The app won’t open! (Or freezes, won’t stop loading, etc)
First try closing the app completely and re-opening it. If that doesn’t work please delete the app from your device and reinstall it from the store.
If the app still doesn’t work please contact support support@kidcarpool.com and include the email address you use to access the app.
I can’t accept notifications, when I click accept nothing happens
Please contact us at support@kidcarpool.com or from within the app tap ☰ then help to contact support!
My Friend sent me an invite but I didn’t get a notification in the app?
If you didn’t get an email either it’s likely that your email was entered incorrectly, have your friend try to send it again and make sure they have the email you use to log in. If you use “connect with Facebook” your friends will need to send to the email listed as “primary” in your Facebook
