Topic 5 Everybody has been blamed for something they are not the only reason that happened like it did. This exact situation happened in the play The Crucible. Abigail Williams is a girl in the play. She is responsible for the blaming that started the witch trials in The Crucible. The person who is at fault in condemning the people to death is Judge Danforth.
