Mission, Vision and Values to implement
The mission, vision, and values of ABC Investment Plc should reflect the works of the company in providing useful broadcasting services to the EU regions various communities while promoting the interest of the general public which will be stated in the company Charter and Agreement such as:

• To provide high quality, informative TV and Radio programming to our various communities in the EU region where they broadcast from.

• To develop, promote and preserve the EU region local traditions and prominence of our community focused TV and Radio broadcasting.

• To provide customer oriented service and highest quality marketing solutions to their valued EU region advertisers to increase market share.

All factors which determine day to day situations that impacts on the organization activities. Therefore, ABC Investment Plc must constantly analyze broadcasting business environment and the market they provide services. Thus, the environmental analysis which is a strategic tool will involve the process to identify all the internal and external elements, which can affect the company’s performance.
Plausibly, since most broadcasting business are facing changes in operations on a daily basis due to innovative technological products in which the whole circumstances can alter in a matter of seconds because some factors are beyond the company control especially if the technological products take longer time to produce must be considered. Consequently, the process will requires assessing the level of opportunities or threats those factors that might present. These appraisals will later be translated into decision-making process which will help the ABC Company align strategies with the environment they operate. 2.1 PESTLE Analysis
PESTLE analysis will be the bird’s eye view of the company business and ABC Company will have to find where the market situation is currently, and also foresee where the company will be in future. Therefore, PESTLE analysis various factors can be used that affect directly or indirectly the broadcasting business environment such as:
• Political factors - Government policies - global political condition’s effect on each country in the EU region and on the broadcasting business, taxes and tariffs, stability of government, entry mode regulations. However, we note that the EU region is a free trade area for it local business registered by its citizens.

• Economic factors- the direction in which the EU economy might move and helps to set up strategic objectives of the company in line with changes. The economic factors are: monetary or fiscal policies, inflation rate, interest rate, foreign exchange rate, unemployment rates, credit accessibility and the disposable income of ABC Company
