A Force Field Analysis
Achieving and Maintaining Individual Excellence
BSHS/462 Community in Organizations

In life we have forces that work for us and agents us. We all have positive and negatives that make us who we are. We know lots of ways to help us deal with these problems and we know lots of ways to fix them. In this paper I will talk about one of those ways of mapping out those forces. A Force Field Analysis is a way of tracking the pros can cons to problem that arise in life. It helps those positives and negatives we all have on a graph to see where we are coming from, where we have been and where we are trying to go. This is best used when it is applied to jobs. In the human Services field client offend force us to check ourselves before we give others tools they need to obtain their goals in life. Force Field

The force field aylasis was put in place to help understand them. I do not really know how to make the chart so I will just list them. When it comes to managing the environment I get a 2 on that because I am weak at this. I care about the environment but it’s not in the front of my brain. I do my part by not putting garbage on the ground, recycling and reusing but I can always do more like picking up the trash that others put on the ground. I also do not drive so that helps with the air problem. When it comes to planning and program design, which does not really to me I would have to say I’m at a 0.We do have meetings where we come together to plan out different ideas to help or kids. Offend I do not give my options much because I still have issues with believing in myself. I guess I can work on that by saying one or two things in a meeting. In my job I help with so many things which is a strength that I have. However I do not speak up about things that I feel are wrong or could be
