2.3.1 The Nature of Student Centered Learning
Based on Leo Jones 2007 argue that a students centered approach is an approach to develop the learners can do anything especially their attitude during learning process, because in this stage the learners decides to express their feeling what they want to learn and do. According to Bakharuddin (2012) student centered learning is the learner as a creator in the classroom do an activity based on the topic from the teacher had given. Classroom management is seen as a process to control the behavior of students where the teacher's task to create and maintain order classroom atmosphere. Classroom management is an effort made by those responsible for learning activities with the intent to achieve optimal conditions so that it can be done and learning activities, as expected. Leo Jones (2007) state that in many kinds of teaching EFL classroom management that will be faced by teachers such as, large classes, very small classes, mixed ability classes, different ages, monolingual classes, pairs or groups or whole class, different personalities, best friend and relative strangers and noisy …show more content…
Limited time it is better to the students when they do the task, so the teacher should be consistent when give the time to the students use timer to warning it. If the time to do the task only ten minutes so after ten minutes later teacher should terminate the task. Teacher need to be flexible because if the learners are enjoying the learning it is can give the longer time, but if the learner are not enjoying the learning it is can change the style of learning but if it is impossible to learner to learn so the teacher can stop the learning.
Based on explanations above it can be concluded that in classroom management is important thing for the teacher to make a sure if the learning teaching will be run well and can achieve the learning goal based on the condition of the class and use the appropriate time during learning process.

    My particular approach to classroom management is to keep things in order and to provide a safe, comfortable classroom environment for my students. All students will be treated equally. Students will have a list of rules and guidelines to follow. Students should feel comfortable in their learning environment. A comfortable environment will allow the students to actively participate in class activities and discussions. I feel that it would allow students to open up and express their ideas openly. My approach to classroom management would be to get to know my students and have them introduce themselves to the class. I would allow the students to inform the class and myself of their interests, cultural backgrounds, and their strongest dimensions. Another approach to classroom management is the way the class is set up and decorated. In most of my elementary classes my teacher decorated her class with bright colors. Decorative posters and charts from the different subjects such as reading, math, language, science, social studies, and art. I would also display their work weekly to make the classroom more visually appeasing and fun. Classroom rules and weekly objectives will be written on the board as a reminder to my students.
