5.1.3.4 ASSIGN TO RECEPTION DOCK
General information
Once completed all formalities, indicated to the carrier where needs to be positioned to proceed with the discharge of the goods. (Location within the courtyard of discharge).
INLOG WMS implementation
When the truck arrives, through a INLOG WMS PC screen, orders included in the truck will be shown. You should use the Input->Truck reception. L
Data register will be the list of orders, delivery note associated and the truck license plate.
To associate orders in a comfortable way you can press the button Associate and locate the orders included in the truck in the list of pending orders be received (partially received), the latter for the case where an OC comes in various vehicles. If there

The user can request a discharge note document printing to facilitate the work of picking and validation of the goods. This document will be required in backup (in case of fall of radio frequency system) mode. There are two versions of this document: a note overview and a detailed one.

5.1.3.5 UNLOAD GOODS
Unloads the goods of the vehicles in the discharge zone designated by the person in charge, within the yard, this work is done manually and the goods is placed in manual carts (carretas manuales).

5.1.3.6 INSPECT GOODS
The aim of this manual process consists of reviewing the received products to fulfill the logistic and quality specifications marked. As a final result of this process will have inspected product that fulfills the requirements of the company for its entry.
It will proceed with grouping the goods so as to facilitate the subsequent processes of comparing and reception. The group will be joining stock sharing

This modality will be used in case of non-availability of the system of radio frequency (backup mode). At the reception of the truck the paper note of discharge will be printed, with which the worker will perform the physical verification of the received goods, scoring discrepancies. Validated data will then be introduced in INLOG WMS with the function of PC inputs - > confirmation of reception. The reserve and logic input of the pallet to your space will take place automatically at that same time, printing the code of the location in the pallet label, so that the worker can pick up the pallet and move it to the chosen space.
 Confirmation of orders from PC. It is a similar to the previous mode, which can be used if a PC is available at the entrance of goods, and/or it is feasible to make the marking of the goods using only the delivery note. Using the function of the application for PC Input - > confirmation of reception, the worker will register the quantities received. The location of the pallet may be made subsequently with or without radio frequency terminals. Generated pallets will be associated to the dock used in reception.
