This activity will help you determine your natural style for dealing with conflict. It is useful to assess your predominant conflict management style(s) because we all tend to prefer one or two of the styles and at times may apply them inappropriately.

If you select this method, please read the information from site 1.
1. What animal symbolizes your method for dealing with conflict? (5 points)
The Fox.
2. Write a description of your conflict management style. (5 points)
I try to avoid conflicts but some times it happens, so I find a way to bend the truth so that both of us feel the same.
3. Discuss three reasons why this method of dealing with conflict is negative or positive. (10 points)
A. Most of the time when I deal with any conflict this style of solving works (Positive).
B. When I do solve with this method we both feel the same about the out come (Positive).
