About Us

An exciting new era of prosperity is emerging as a result of the acquisition of the business by Luisa and James Keys in 2005. Keys Real Estate lists real-estate opportunities for customers looking to rent or buy properties, also offering holiday rentals.

Acquiring an established family business with a solid standing in the community has provided an excellent growth platform. In fact, Keys Real Estate has been servicing the Victorian real estate market since 1950.

James and Luisa’s father, Gerald Keys, originally established the business in Fitzroy. In 1956, the business expanded to Richmond and continued expanding now owning fifteen offices- ten located in the metro area and five rural offices. The metro offices are mostly located in the inner city, western and southeastern suburbs plus four on the peninsula surrounds.

Keys Real Estate opened a small office on Williams Island in 1998. The holiday rentals on Williams Island has been vastly expanding since the office first opening. An exciting new era of prosperity is emerging as a result of the acquisition of the business by Luisa and James Keys in 2005. Keys Real Estate has a clear growth plan, which requires the ongoing recruitment of passionate, driven staff members for its expansion on Williams Island. The company is just about to launch a new website devoted to holiday rentals at William Island

The website will feature a new online booking system, ‘bookitnow’. Prospective holiday guests will be able to make their own bookings online. The system includes availability ‘live’ 24/7. The ‘live’ component to the website will have the benefit of automatically updating the system so no errors or double bookings occur. It’s expected to increase landlords’ holiday rental by up to 30%.

Williams Island located only 100km from Melbourne CBD, current residency of the Grand Prix Vintage Car race and popular family holiday spot.

Keys Real Estate focuses on expanding and updating their properties on Williams Island for easier accessibility and availability for their customers and clients. The company having listed over seventy properties available through the new ‘bookitnow’ system for rental on William Island.
