B2B outbound calling representative/ Collections Officer
The major job responsibility is to Negotiate medical bills with adjustors and medical insurance Companies by making calls on behalf of our clients i.e. Hospitals, doctors clinics in USA.
Key Competencies:
Graduates, O/A level background is preferred
Excellent Communication Skills
Fluency in English is Must.
Willingness to work in Night Shift
Males only
Prior experience in customer service industry is Preferable.
Must have the aptitude to do target oriented job.
