If you are incompetent of your own actions, you should not possess a firearm. I have confidence that anyone with the average intelligence could agree on my behalf. The right to bear arms is an amendment. Our “four founding fathers” fought hard to receive and instill this right. We are the home of the brave and the land of the free; with compromise everyone can be satisfied.
