Introduction
The chosen topic “a team of new employees as part of their induction program” will be maintained by the trainer to outline the type of training.
Thus the paper will help the reader to understand about the importance of training and other activities to make the reader understand about the importance of communication skills to the new employees.
With respect to employee’s induction program, the training includes about the communication skills to new employees so they can successfully reach the level of performance. Thus the paper will describe the target group for training. Thus the training program will be made in the paper which will include the information like delivery methods and equipments, methods for evaluating the training program made by the trainer.
Employee training program includes various training such as leadership, communication, negotiation, stress, sales, time management, change management, presentation management and cross cultural management. Here, in this paper, the training program will include proper list of materials of communication skills by the effective communication trainer. (Employeetrainingprogram.net, 2011)
The paper will describe the organizational introduction and its description to make the group understand about the organization norms and policies as well as the trainer will provide communication training to make the group understand about the nature and importance of business.
