This course builds on the material in Finance 401. Selected topics are discussed in more detail and at a more practical and advanced level than in Finance 401. Real life cases are in order to give students the chance to develop their skills with respect to real life cases.

Course Objectives: Upon completion of the course, students will be able to: 1. Work more effectively with cases 2. Use Power Point and Excel as needed to deal with various Financial issues 3. Write short business memos on selected topics 4. Be able to recognize some of the ethical issues inherent in the corporate financial decision making field 5. Read the Financial Section of the newspaper 6. Generally be able to identify the different aspects of the corporate financial decision making process

Evaluation:
