Introduction:
Silver Fiddle Construction Company specializes in building high quality, customized homes in Grand Junction, Colorado. Silver Fiddle Construction Company has been contracted to build a 2,500-square foot, 2½-bath 3-bedroom finished home for Bolo and Izabella Czopek in Grand Junction, Colorado in the price range of $290,000 to $320,000. The project is expected to run from July 5th to November 7th and is expected to meet all local building codes and energy ratings. Silver Fiddle Construction Company is experienced at building homes in this market and is scheduled to build a total 11 homes this year in Grand Junction, Colorado (Gray & Larson, 2011). Project Specifics | Time | The project is estimated to take approximately five months after groundbreaking. The Czopeks are willing to have the project delayed in order to save costs. | Cost | The anticipated range is $290,000 to $320,000. | Commitments | The housing construction business in Grand Junction is booming and at this time, Silver Fiddle is already under obligation to build 11 other houses in the same area. | Resources | Silver Fiddle’s only employees are you and a part-time bookkeeper. You use subcontractors to work on the houses that you have been hired to build. |
This construction project has a short time line; however, it is important that the home be completed before the set in of winter so that other issues do not arise. Silver Fiddle will have this home built to meet the specifications of the blue prints that Bolo and Izabella Czopek provided. It will take two to three months to get all the building permits approved by the city of Grand Junction, so it is imperative to have the final blue prints

On the southwestern side of Florida, there lies a city called North Port. This city has the best PUDs, or Planned Unit Developments. In this city, there is a decently sized housing development called Cedar Grove. In this area, there is a two-story home whose body was painted the color of a deep mahogany, embroidered with white accents. It’s details such as the roof, garage, window panes, and front door ranging from dark browns to light. It was a corner lot house, mounted on a small hill causing the narrow but long driveway to incline. The grass that was always trimmed to perfection in every lawn, embraced it’s truest deepest greens along with the several oak and palmetto trees decorating the sides of the decent home. Even though I have moved several times, this place is significantly where I have had the most memories growing up.…

The project and paperwork doesn’t have to be completed until the scout’s 18th birthday, which isn’t until February, but I had to get the tower up before the birds came back from migration, and with an early spring this year, I was under quite a bit of pressure. I am glad to finally be done, and beyond grateful to all the people who helped me: Mrs. Judy Semroc for starting the idea, support from Mr. Dan Best with the Geauga Park District and Mrs. Jamey Emmert with the ODNR for information about chimney swifts, Mrs. Marilyn Rohr for providing the book with directions on how to build the tower and encouraging me along the way, Mr. Adam Hollobaugh for representing the NWTF, Mrs. Carrie Burke and Mr. Frank Willis from Home Depot for helping me cut the large plywood sheets, Mr. Chris May and his son for helping me screw the plate to the building, Sarah Eisenhart, Jamie Fowle, Connor Prusha, and Drew Cressman for helping me paint the pieces, Nick Schragal, Alex Schragal, and Kyle Gessel for helping me install the tower, and of course, my parents, for believing in me and especially my dad for lending so much time and his knowledge about building…
