Rationale of the Study

The work of our generation today is indeed different from the past generation. Before human do things by manual in order to acquire certain information and to accomplish a specific task. But now, we are living in the world of technology, high–tech devices and gadgets are being made available to lessen the burden of doing then manually.

Many organizations, business entities, government institutions and educational institutions are exercising this one of a kind technology in communication and in information dissemination.

In today’s rapid technological advancements, traditional procedures in checking, recording and computation of data becomes more and more obsolete. Today manual operations are gradually replaced by systematic procedures which eventually improve one’s productivity.

Manual system throughout the world has relied on pens and papers. Problems such as missing information sent to the wrong places arise. Furthermore, some could not be able to handle the massive volume of task. Under the old manual systems, it takes up too much time to process. As with many business scenarios, getting rid of paper improves efficiency, reduces human error and allows information to flow to an infrastructure without a time consuming data input process.

It is for this reason that the researchers would like to propose Computer Aided Instruction for Basic Computer Instructions. This study would help the users visualized by a technological computer aided instruction for basic computer operations. This type of system allows users to improve their knowledge with regards of their desktop
