This report is an analysis on Orcon Ltd which will be used to adopt an Enterprise Information System which will support its current and future strategic direction. It consists of the following four sections:

SECTION A- Project report format
This section will ideally highlight the process of research and elimination our team will go through in order to achieve a solution. As a group effort, it will also touch base on the broad vision and direction of the company with relevance to the purpose of this project. SECTION B – Corporate information and requirements

As a group this section will evaluate the business’ current market position and future strategic direction. The discussion will ultimately result in a clear vision of what the business will hope to achieve in the future and give each member a framework from which they can determine accurate and ethical functional requirements. Each individual will then complete a Kepner Tregoe Analysis which consists of ‘musts’ and ‘wants’ specific to their major or expertise using the criteria established within the group and report back. This will be consolidated into the summary of requirements for the EIS adoption. Following our thorough analysis on the requirements of the system, our team will then split into smaller groups and research possible candidates based on the agreed requirements. This will be summarized and shared so each individual will have an idea of the EIS to make a sound decision and analysis. SECTION C- KT Analysis for candidate solutions

Section C will be complied by Ablai Gazizov and will include following information: must analysis, want analysis, alternative opportunities, risks/threats/shortcomings of possible candidates, and the conclusion of our actions. Together, this section will make up the largest portion of our report and close. SECTION D – Appendix

Will consist of the meeting minutes. It will also include each individual contribution which have been allocated based on majors and expertise as per below: Ablai Gazizov – Sales & Marketing
Ahmed Mahdy – Project Manager & Production Planning
Sivanjani Narain – Finance & Accounting
Rutchirate Srihanan – IT & Materials Management
Raishum Aleem – Human Resources Management
