SECTION A: PROJECT REPORT FORMAT
This report is an analysis on Orcon Ltd which will be used to adopt an Enterprise Information System which will support its current and future strategic direction. It consists of the following four sections:

SECTION A- Project report format
This section will ideally highlight the process of research and elimination our team will go through in order to achieve a solution. As a group effort, it will also touch base on the broad vision and direction of the company with relevance to the purpose of this project.
SECTION B – Corporate information and requirements
As a group this section will evaluate the business’ current market position and future strategic direction. The discussion will ultimately result in a clear vision of what the business will hope to achieve in the future and give each
