Multiple Patient Tasks

The first one was that Na'Zsha was shy and nervous when talking to patients. Therefore, I gave her the task to engage in a conversation with a patient she assisted me with, to receive a history of the patient's health. This task was given to her to give her an idea of the type of questions patient's are asked during an assessment. Lastly, she was overwhelmed with how much patient care must be completed. I informed her that prioritizing and careful decision making are important skills to have and use when caring for patients. Daily tasks that I must do for a patient were given to her to prioritize them in the order of importance. This gave her the chance to learn how to handle multiple patient tasks.
