Mac: Taking Advantage Of Positive Processes
Mac is taking advantage of a structure that does not have good processes (or not enforced) in place that allows his supervisor to assess his performance and take appropriate actions. He has been with us since January 19, 2015. I have heard concerns about his performance from the his first day until now.
