1.0 Introduction
Computer nowadays is a basic need for businesses or companies. It helps a lot in such a way that it makes work more progressive and productive. It is an important thing that a company or small business should have because it helps a lot in many ways such as organizing, storing and manipulating data. Having computer programs may help a company grow bigger and be competitive in the flow of the business world. It helps a lot because almost all the companies nowadays uses computer literate and very competitive in many aspects. Whatever kind of business you manage, you are required by law to keep financial records relating to it.

1.1 Background of the Study

An inventory system is a method of immediately accounting for inventory sales in the inventory account, if there is no item missing. It is an inventory management system where store balances of inventory are recorded after every transaction. It eliminates the need for the store to close down constantly for inventory. Inventory systems keep a running account of the company's inventory. Inventory systems involve more record-keeping than manual inventory systems. But in every inventory there’s always a problem like in Employee errors can cause mistakes in the inventory records, which can cause purchasing to fail to purchase materials or to acquire an excessive amount of inventory. Every inventory item is kept on a separate ledger. These inventory ledgers contain information on cost of goods sold, purchases, and inventory on hand. Inventory management systems allow for a high degree of control of the company's inventory by management. The company used only a manual listing of products it has no security and back-up of their records, So the proponentss provide a good solution using online inventory system.

1.2 Statement of the Problem 1.2.1 General Problem
