General Purpose: To persuade
Specific Purpose: To persuade my listeners that GER UMUC IT Committee should be use CRM Business strategy and proposed IT solution.
Central Idea: CRM is a strategy that can help employees of a company analyze customer’s information to serve them better. By creating a good business plan, it gives the customer and organization the two strength that can benefit both sides.

INTRODUCTION
I. Attention Material

A. What is CRM [PowerPoint slide will be shown].
1. CRM is a business with a set of strategies, programs and system that focuses on building good relations with the organization and customer.
2. The CRM program can develop a base of customers who use our company frequently.
B. Building Customer loyalty with new and existing customers.
1. Customer loyalty to a company means that customers are committed to buying our merchandise/service from us. By building customer loyalty, it will allow our company retailers to resist other competitors.
2. Build an emotional connection and provide personal attention to each and every customer.

II. Orienting Material

A. What are is our business needs? Developing a business strategy to execute with our CRM program. This allows GER UMUC to focus on business issues, problems, and taking advantage of opportunity customers/employees while implementing our goals and objectives.
B. GER UMUC business objective is to provide an open and supportive role to our organization by inserting a series of objectives like marketing, customer service and sales.
C. While implementation our proposed solutions, marketing, customer service and sales will play an important part while developing a CRM system.
D. Other solutions to our CRM Business plan could be out-sourcing. By outsourcing GER UMUC social media, it can allow other opportunities to be available.
E. The component cost of the CRM solution program can be also be called life cycle cost. Investment
