Harmony Teacher Evaluation Paper

I am working at Harmony Public Schools. In my school system, teacher evaluation system called Harmony Teacher Evaluation and Support System (H-TESS). This system based on framework for teaching evaluation instrument by Charlotte Danielson. The school is using modified version of Danielson Framework. In this system, there are three domains such as planning and preparation, the classroom environment and instruction. For each domain, there are specific component and elements that are followings:
