FAT !!!!!!!!!!!! ..Nowadays we can see many hate this word with out knowing the fact that HUMAN BODY REQUIRES FAT FOR HEALTHY REASON.. we ll talk about it in depth next time . Many are suffering from a problem called excess fat , everyone want to lose their fat overnight and they expect short cut or magic supplements called FAT BURNERS. The real problem for them starts now

1.They don consult medical practitioner before taking fat burners (under 18,pregnant ladies and people with any medical condition should not take fat burners )

2.they don put effort to lose their fat they directly jump to fat burners which is not healthy

3.the person who sell them the fat burners don give them proper advise about dosage which leads to health hazards

4.before they lose their fat , their wallet lose its belly because fat burners cost a lot

So am going to give you the list of HARMLESS FAT BURNERS available in our kitchen

1.Green Tea . Green tea contains the anti-oxidant EGCG which works to burn calories throughout the whole day. It also act as the anti cancer and cholesterol maintenance properties.keep in mind not to add too much sugar

2.Whole grain bread
The fibre content of wholegrain bread is high along with the nutritional benefits of the seeds within. Wholegrain toast makes for a satisfying and low GI(glycemic index ) breakfast and its good for sandwiches brown bread does not mean whole grain. Some brown bread can contain colourings to achieve its brown appearance. 3.oily fish

Fish is loaded with essential fats and it is a good source of protein, studies reveal daily supplement of fish oil lowers high blood pressure and the cholesterol levels in the blood 4. Garlic and Onions

Yes .garlic and onions are two foods not one. We will bunch them together because of their ease of use and common combination and addition to foods....
