Examples Of Leadership Philosophy

My leadership philosophy is simple… to provide great service to every person you encounter (Soldier or Civilian). We are an Army value based unit, and customer service organization and we need to conduct ourselves as such with everything we do. We are caring for Soldiers and their family members. When we care for their family members it ensures the Soldiers will work with high morale as family support gets stronger. We want all our customers that walk through our doors to feel important. The effort that we all do every day does matter, no matter what the job. We all contribute to the mission, as we are one team with a common goal, to serve. There is not any one job that is more important than the other. We are only as strong as our weakest link and if one fails to perform the mission, we all fail because we are not providing the best customer service.
To be a good leader, I feel, you must be a good follower. Getting to know what a Civilian, family member or Soldier wants/needs, you will be able to provide that service. All of us need to ensure that we are living by the Army values and use them when we make decisions. Below are some key
