Catherine and young Catherine were loving. Loving means love their man, who they loved deeply. For Catherine, she loved Heathcliff deeply. Then, she ran away with the food and went to Pennistone Cragg herself. Nelly went to find her everywhere. At last, in the evening, she found her that she was in Wuthering Heights. But young Catherine refused to go and hidden from Nelly. Nelly said, "How long am I to wait? It will be dark in ten minutes. Well, Miss Cathy, if you were aware whose house this is, you'd be glad enough to get out." Cathy's behaviour made Nelly cry. Cathy was wild. Both Catherines were wild and were very naughty. But Catherine won't listen to others. Young Catherine had promised that she wouldn't go to Wuthering Heights again after that time. She promised Nelly.
Impulsive was once two Catherines' character traits. They were done things very hot- tempered. For Catherine, we knew that she didn't think careful that she had sacrificed herself to marry Edgar Linton for helping Heathcliff would make Heathcliff very sad. Nelly said that, "I just saw Heathcliff. He was there, hearing you said that it would be degraded for marrying him. For young Catherine, she did things very impulsively. She would like to explore the world outside her home. She ran out once when Edgar Linton was off to carry Isabella's son, young Linton.
For two Catherines, they have similar characters traits but acts very differently. For comparing, young Catherine was wiser. She solved the problems and did things wiser that her mother, Catherine.
