Business Level 3 Unit 3 P1

Some health concerns that I have about Trevor is that he may be on his way to becoming obese at a young age. This can lead to short term health problems that can lead to long term problems. Trevor’s eating habits are very poor and he also does minimal physical activity.
Trevor probably doesn’t like physical activity because he has never really been introduced to it. To help get Trevor more active, I will plan group activates like music and movement so the whole class is involved. I can also encourage the other children to invite Trevor to play with them during free play.
I would start of by discussing the schools policies and procedures on food brought from home. Then we can discuss what foods Trevor likes and dislikes and come up with a meal
