Scenario 1: Appropriate: Competing. Because this become public to everyone in the hospital, we should do intervention to stop this situation and to get all the team to work and focus in their jobs. Also, we will not accommodation them because keep the determent running is better than think about the gossip
Scenario 2: I this situation, I would like to hear from my employee, nurse and both supervisor. After that I will set a meeting with my employee and discuss with him why he spending a lot of time out his department. Also, I will explain to him how to be professional and the rule of our job in the hospital. I think this could be easy solved this way.
