High-Quality Care Reflection
From my own perspective, what contributes to high quality care from all the team is effective communication which include respect, cooperation and trust is team work. This is one of the approach used in an organisation, most especially in an hospital environment to work together to achieve a common goal for the patient.In this case, each team member from all disciplines involved in the care plan worked for the common goals in which each of the team was responsible for the actions connected to their own discipline and work as a team for the patient safety.The patient also finds that communication easier with the Interrelated team which was as a result of the effective communication among the multidisciplinary and feelings of common respect and
