What role does motivation play in goal achievement?
Motivation is very important because without it I do not want to do anything. When you have a focus it gives you a purpose to move forward and do better no matter what the situation is and my motivation is my focus point. When I find motivation I stop at nothing because that is what I strive for.

How will you maintain your motivation through the course of achieving long-term goals? My motivation is my daughter and for that I will stop at nothing to reach my long term goal. That is all the motivation I need because she is my rock and she is the one I live for. That is a motivation that will never end well until she is 18 and has her own life.
