    Life is like breaking your arm. 33 years ago I broke my arm falling out a window‚ stubbornly trying to see the stars and make a wish. The discomfort I felt in the weeks after was nothing like my seven year old body had felt before. It was immense and disturbed‚ and while the recovery was long‚ the fall from the window was worth the star.
