TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BEDROOM
Payments in London must be made as soon as the tenant receives the keys. The following payments are due regularly 1 month in advance otherwise the tenant must pay 10£ fee per day.
At the end of the contract the room must be left clean and tidy otherwise the tenant must pay £50 fee.
1. If the keys are not returned the tenant must pay £50 for each key-set that is missing (n: ). 2. If the tenant decides to cease the contract before the agreed date the month in advance will not be refunded. 3. If the tenant intends to extend his permanence, it is important to give a month notice before the end of the contract, otherwise the room will be considered available at the end of the agreed contract. 4. Guests are not allowed on a permanent basis

6. No naked flames or candle lights.
