It is accessible. Presence of different public transportation like tricycles, jeepneys, and taxi around the area.
Ice on the Go offers products no other business offers.
Near to different establishments like malls and hospitals
Nothing over PHP65 for all the iced products
Innovates additional syrup flavors every month

Weaknesses
Ice on the Go is new and not established.
No dine-in orders because of limited space
Limited funds available.

Opportunities
Ice on the Go will give more focus on Internet marketing to reach out more customers at lesser expense
Packaging – customers appreciate unique and colorful designs on cups and sticks

This business plan is for Ice on the Go, owned and will be operated by Ms. Jade Anne V. Denila in 2018. Ice on the Go is a food truck company that offers high quality and fresh iced products such as popsicles made out of fresh fruits, shaved ice with different flavorings, fruit smoothies, coffee, and chocolate drinks.

Ice on the Go will be roaming around the in Maginhawa and Malingap Street in Teacher’s Village, Quezon City at predetermined time. The truck that Ice on the Go will be using will be 2.5m x 1.45m that will consist of a freezer, ice block shaver, blender, portable generator, and a small rectangular table for the syrup and cash register.

Budget for Ice on the Go is initially directed toward personal savings and loan from Pag-big, SSS, and the bank. Ice on the Go needs a start-up budget of Php450,000.00. Plans are to borrow
