Specialization: Human Resources Management

Walden University Professional Goal Statement
Personal/Professional
I am interested in attaining a graduate degree because an education is something that can never be taken away from you and I would also like to prove to myself that the past does not define an individual. My primary reason for choosing the Human Resources field is because this has always been an interest of mine. The primary objectives of the Human Resources Director is the development of an employee oriented company that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance. I believe that I am the person for the job. Another reason for selecting my specialization is - I have a Bachelors degree in Finance and an Associates degree in Accounting, with a Masters degree in Human Resources Management I would make myself for marketable. My personal goals would include becoming an Officer in the United States Air Force Reserves and receiving my Doctorates degree. Professionally, I see myself being the Director of Human Resources in the military and moving on to become the Director of Human Resources at a large university or organization.
Academic Experience I earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a Finance core from Morehead State University. I also have an Associates degree in Arts with an Accounting option that I received while attending Maysville Community College. I plan to use previous work experiences and education to benefit my goal towards achieving my Masters degree. My undergraduate GPA is definitely not one to be proud of, ashamed is actually the best word that I can use to express my true feelings. After graduating from High School – I decided to move to my hometown of Maysville, Kentucky, primarily to assist with the care of my aging grandmother and to begin my freshman year of college. At the age of 18 years I definitely had my hands

The project I chose to do was two different collages with different meanings and images that represent what my goal was. To start the overall goal of the project was to effectively communicate that the United States needs to change the focus of our education system. The way the education system is heading is a place that puts more emphasis on learning Math and Science than English. This project clearly shows images that have a positive view on math and science but a negative view of English. The reason being is because I wanted to show what most people in the United States think about English. The use of black and white pictures was to show that the matter at hand is serious and that it is black and white, meaning that there is two sides you can choose. This effectively forces the audience to automatically start thinking about which side they will choose. Making this exactly what I wanted to achieve, to make people think deeply about education. Pictures having people who hate reading represent the stress that comes along with the subject of English. Other pictures give a real feel to the audience because the pictures show actual facts, people, or things that represent emotions and connotations in the realm of education. No matter how far fetched the pictures were I was able to connect them to the goal of getting English to be a more sought after subject.…

Some kids play sports in high school. Others are in the band, take roles in theater, or members of the debate team. Myself, I did not so any of those things, because, since middle school, my life has been fully devoted to practicing my passion for agriculture and preparing for an eventual career in the industry. I never had time for orchestra rehearsals or scrimmages, I was either out in the barn or in the pens in the field, or at plant ID practice, livestock judging workouts, or chapter meetings instead. These things even took the place of milestones such as prom and homecoming dances for me in middle/high school, but, it was completely fine to me, because, I knew my hard work would soon pay off as soon as…
