Women's Suffrage Persuasive Speech

Addressing a group of educated civil rights lawyers about the legality of women's suffrage would require a formal explanation with details and descriptions. For instance, it would explain in depth the legality and the Congress that amended the Constitution and eventually ratification in the states.
