Why We Should Be Immunized At School

Students Should be Suspended if they are Missing Required Immunizations I strongly agree that all students should have to be immunized in order to attend school. There are many reasons for this. The first reason that I believe students should be immunized is to prevent the student from getting sick and missing class time. The second reason is so that a disease does not spread around the school. Lastly, preventing diseases from spreading will help reduce diseases for future generations. Students should not be able to attend school until they are immunized. For the best results, children should get their shots on a schedule. Immunizations are used in order to prevent students from catching a disease. If a student gets ill, this could result in them missing more school than usual and it could affect their attendance records. Once a student has missed too much school, they could end up with poor grades. After they have fallen behind, they could even fall behind an entire year or more. They also could be unable to participate in school activities. This could lead to the student losing an interest in school all together. It is proven that students’ grades are the best when they attend and participate at school. When students are immunized and not catching diseases, they are then not spreading diseases around
Immunizations can reduce or even get rid of diseases for future generations. There have been diseases in the past that no longer exist because people got their immunizations and eliminated the disease all together. This led to people not even needing to receive these immunizations any more. Hopefully in the future, even more diseases will be eliminated due to people getting their immunizations as they should.
