Why Pride Is Important To Me

since I could first remember, my parents have always bestowed in me the responsibility of taking pride in your work and keeping your mouth shut unless you know what you're talking about. I first I do not understand why this was so important, and I figured that it was just something that my parents said to keep me out of trouble. Later on in life within the first 10 years of my life, I learned that these things are put in place to help me in growing up. The older I got the more stricter this these two rules became. I figured my parents were just being rude because they thought they were raising and ignorant teenage Punk. It wasn't until I reached middle school, that I realized how important these values can be. I watched kids my age talk, and talk, and talk some more comma until the teacher or somebody of a higher power called them out for fake information or saying something ignorant mean or just plain wrong. Ironically enough the same people never took any pride in anything that they either owned worked on or fixed themselves. I figured it was just because they had learned yet or because they had a different perspective. But
This is something that can be seen every day depending on the type of person that you look at as an example. I found a my friends depending on what their values are will do the exact same thing in trying their best with everything they've got and taking pride in the work that they do. This also land some good jobs and good opportunities with people that matter most in their lives as it has done with me. So more so than finding a difference in the people that watch the values take place and me and what it does to me, it it more or less influences them to take on the same values and see if it helps there lies at all or
