1929, the U.S is going through major changes. At this time, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was born. MLK Jr, this person was going to be a major change to the U.S. MLK Jr. was a very influential person. He led many to realize about this terrible segregation in the U.S. MLK was always this way. His famous “I had a dream” speech encouraged people all over the U.S to fight against segregation. But how did this happen? Why is he so influential? The answer lies throughout his life. Martin Luther King Jr. was born on January 15, 1929.
