Principle two is that Success Is Built On Relationships. Sanborn talks about how leaders will succeed when they recognized that their employees are only human and will do the best that they can. This goes back to people believing that all the jobs they do are important. I like his quote about how your position in a job doesn’t determine performance; your performance determines your position in your job and in life. He covers what he calls the 7 B’s of relationship building: be real, be interested, be a better listener, be empathic, be honest, be helpful, and be prompt.…

“It seems only natural that happiness should flow from having more money. Even if they don’t admit it, people still behave as though it were true. More money means you can have what you want and do what you want.” (Dean 2008). Wealth and possessions do not equal happiness because no matter how much money and gems you have you can not buy feelings, but only comfort, also if you are working hard for more money you are experiencing more stress and negative emotions.…

In process of writing essay # 2 there was a series of activities we did before writing the paper. We started with looking for articles on wealth vs. income and picked a couple we liked, then our professor picked two for us to dissect and absorb. Then did a couple journals on the articles as well as talking about what quotes we liked in class then used those to begin writing our papers on wealth versus income. This essay was a little different from our first essay because in this one we are explaining wealth versus income, while in the first one we talked about Sotomayor’s characteristics and how she portrayed them. In essay # 2 I decided to talk about how students from poor households can graduate at the same rate as students from wealthy…

I am discussing the wealth inequality about hos its being distributed. Distribution of wealth is one of the main problems we have in our society, and it depends on the outcome of people in the environment. I am looking at the perception, status, charity and imperialism of how the world is and can be. First, I will discuss status and Imperialism. Imperialism, as defined by the dictionary of geography, is ‘an unequal human and territorial relationship, usually in the form of an empire, based on ideas of superiority and practices of dominance, and involving the extension of authority and control of one state or people over another. The people in power have unlimited authority because they have all the money they control the less privileged ones with less money. The perception of people about the environment on wealth distribution is one of the problems that deprives the community from improving. Charity is the practice of benevolent giving and caring. It is desirable that the earth should be peopled, governed, and developed, as far as possible, by the races which can do this work best. This are the people in high status that can make the community a better place.…
